Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share passwords. Don't impersonate others. Keep your display name and username clean.

Pro subscriptions

Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time — access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Where Rankd processes the payment directly (the web tier), we don't issue refunds for partial months. Apple and Google may issue refunds for purchases made through their stores at their own discretion under their own policies.

Web (Stripe). Subscriptions purchased on therankd.com are billed by Rankd via Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

iOS (Apple App Store).Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple; we cannot reverse a charge on Apple's behalf. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, per Apple's standard terms.

Android (Google Play).Subscriptions purchased in the Android app are billed by Google to your Google Play account. Manage or cancel via the Play Store → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google; we cannot reverse a charge on Google's behalf. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, per Google's standard terms.

Your content

Your rankings, lists, and profile belong to you. We display them to you and — where you explicitly allow — to your friends on Rankd. We don't sell them or use them to train external models.

Deal-breakers

• No scraping, automated abuse, or rate-limit evasion.
• No harassment or targeted abuse of other users.
• No trying to break our security (we reserve the right to terminate accounts doing this, no warning).
